Meet Oliver Bagcal a.k.a. Putik Painter, a talented young man who hailed from Bagnos, Aurora, Isabela, Philippines. I watched Rated K just a moment ago and saw Korina featuring him in her show. I can’t help but feel very proud of this young man. He is a painter who utilizes mud as a medium in painting and other things that provided by nature.
